I just got mine today..how do I change the hand out without breaking it?

It may seem fragile, but if you wiggle it a bit and pull it with a bit of force, it should come off. Some people use a hairdryer to heat it up and make it softer so its easier to remove, but it isn't necessary. Putting the hand back on should be easier than pulling it off though.
