This Laser measuring device is easy to use and has a lot of useful features built right in. The instructions were clear and I was using the tool in a matter of minutes. I have used it to make hundreds of accurate measurements in an industrial environment. This device operates on two 'AAA' alkaline batteries; which I prefer over rechargeable models. It would be nice if it came with a carrying pouch, but that is not necessarily a negative concern.

I like that the device can measure from the leading edge or trailing edge - it compensates for device size. However the level bubbles are so small they are impossible to see in practical applications. There are higher level trig functions too but too cumbersome to use. I wish the storage/list function was not so confusing...it is nice to take several measurements at once without pen & paper but this device did not implement that feature very well

Every detail you'd want is in this model. Button functions are clear, and is accurate and quick. I definitely like the history feature too.

Everything is fine except that it didn't come with batteries like the description says.

The Bauihr T203 Laser that can measure of 164FT distance, black round nylon hand lanyard and a six language text book manual.Pros:After reading the easy to read and follow text book manual, I was able to use the Bauihr Laser distance meter device with ease. I was able to change the measurement unit from Meters to Feet and Inches fairly quickly and take sample measurement thereafter.The laser distance meter device is very useful and can not only take measurement in different units; it can also take distances that include the back edge of the unit (this is standard) or the front edge of the unit. It is good to have a choice to either include the size of the unit or not depending how you need to measure distance to a wall.The display is very clear to read and gives you three different measurements. One for maximum distance, second for minimum distance and the third is constantly changing if the device moves but freezes the distance on the screen after a few seconds. You can also take a single measurement as well.The laser distance meter also has two small levers on top of the unit, one on the back and the other on the left hand side and easy to see. The levers are good to have to indicate how level the floor is before you take any measurement for accuracy.When I started taking sample measurements, I notice the unit was off by about a 1/4" of an inch. I read the manual again on how to calibrate the unit. I found it at the end of the manual and was able to calibrate the device to about a 1/16” of an inch. This is very good.The Bauihr Laser distance meter device has other different measurement capabilities for Area measurements and for 2 and 3 angle distance measurements that may be useful.Cons:I have none for now.
