I didn’t know it when I ordered it—but it’s from China. It did not have where it was made anywhere in the advertising. I would not have ordered it had I known it was made in China.

Are these plus size friendly?

No. For plus size 14 and larger--- they are ok for side to side if they are around ankles or even for upper body with arms. but knees and thighs... absolutely not

Will this work for small women? I’m 5’3” and 110lbs. Is this an appropriate length band for my body size?

I think they are standard length, should fit any size, they just have different strength . You may start with the lowest strength and progress to the next level

What length are these bands?

The Length Is One Foot and Width is 2 Inches. Enclosed is a foldout brochure with 18 pages of different exercises on how to use each color band. Well worth the Price!
