You can add nail polish thinner. Just add a drop at a time. Shake before you add more. Don’t use nail polish remover, it will not work. It screws up the consistency. Good luck Ellie

Yes. Pretty fast, but I use a good fast drying top coat. I love Seche Vite dry fast. Hope this helps you Ellie
