This board game was bought for my son and every time it rains we always seem to want to set this game up and have fun racing around the island,It is a great game to play with children and it looks great too with the whole island in 3d in front of you.Well worth buying

The game is fun, the rules are simple, it looks ok. All good so far!The components are very flimsy, I intended playing this with my nephew but I don't think it would survive one play with a kid.For reference I only payed 17e for it so not the end of the world and I'm happy with it overall just going to wait until my nephew is a little older and more co-ordinated before I play with him

I bought this board game for my boyfriend as a fun nostalgia gift as it was originally made in 1986. It's definitely a bit silly and easy to pick up the rules but it's still fun trying to sabotage each other with the little marbles rolling down the sides of the "mountain". It doesn't require many (if any) tactics and is quite short (30ish mins) so it's perfect as a family game with the kids. It you want a game that's interactive and far less annoying to set up than Mouse Trap I'd say go for it!

The game itself is good and fun to play with my 2 children (6+11).Unfortunately it is made out of very thin weak plastic that can not with stand any weight. So when a young person presses down on it ,it cracks.Also when in the box as it is so light and fragile you can not stack the box with other games.

There is a false bottom inside the box. Nearly had a heart attack thinking we were missing all the playing pieces, cards and marbles. :) Very fun game (ages 6, 12 & 36+). And playtime doesn't go on forever and a day, you could easily play 2 games and not feel the time pass. Very happy would recommend.

I used to play this game as a child with my best friend - but we played the original version. I loved the original rules and the simplicity, but I feel like with everything, they had to cut costs so they added a truckload of paper to make up for making the whole thing cheaper.Still loads of fun and at least an hour of entertainment. Good for kids 6+.If you can, get your hands on the old version, otherwise this will do!

I always wanted the original fireball island when I was a child, bit never got it. But I'm an adult now with adult money and I can get what I want, and I don't regret it at all. It's so we'll put together, super fun to play, I'd recommend the more the merrier with this game, but it's still fun with 2 players. It has all the fun of classic mouse trap mixed with the action of Indiana Jones. Well worth it

This game is not as advertised !! Cheap flimsy plastic board. Cheap plastic playing pieces. Cheap cardboard game pieces. And as for the marbles ( lava ) that fall from the cheap plastic volcano... they don't even stay on the right tracks !! Each time the board gets the slightest knock everything falls over !! The most impressive thing was the box it all came in.... and got sent back in !!Trust me on this....I don't ever right reviews but the quality of this enraged me to do so !!! I
