We really love our robot vacuum! This is our first device of this kind and so far it has worked really well and has been a great help with keeping our house clean. Since getting our two cats, the house has needed a vacuum every day to keep as clean as we prefer, so we decided to invest in this little guy to help out with the daily clean. It's not a full replacement for a regular vacuum cleaner (as it can't get in every little nook and cranny), but it does clean very well overall and it's fabulous for everyday cleans - it even does a pretty good job at picking up mess from corners using its rotating arm. We usually complement the daily maintenance done by the robot with a weekly clean with our big hoover and this keeps the house spotless. So far is has been an amazing help at maintaining the floors clean and it is great not to have to struggle to get out the big hoover every day! It also saves a lot of time as you just need to press a button to activate it (or just schedule it for a time) and off it goes to clean the floors. The robot vacuum is extremely easy to set up out of the box and the application works really well - you can operate the vacuum, see the different floors mapped, cleaning movement in real time and schedule cleans, as well as many more functions like sending it to clean to a specific area or adjusting its volume - we've yet to try all of the functions, but so far, so good, and we've not encountered any issues at all! The robot does make a bit of noise when emptying the dust into the main unit but that's to be expected; outside of that it's relatively quiet and even speaks to let you know it's finished the cleaning or that it's charging. The mapping works really well, we've not had any issues with navigation which we were worried about as we have some oddly shaped furniture items, but the robot did a great job of marking objects and doesn't crash into things or get stuck. It also updates the map if a furniture item is moved. Suction is very good and it does an excellent job of cleaning floors. It can even haul itself over our relatively wide/high floor thresholds at the doors with no effort at all. We've used it for about a month now and have not encountered any issues. Whilst us humans loved this little robot instantly, it took a while for the cats to befriend it, but now they get along very well :)

One of the better robot hoovers I’ve owned, battery life is fantastic and more than enough to do the whole house, the self emptying bin is a great add on and the mopping feature works a treat in the kitchen. I only have 2 issues which could be rectified easily so hence the 4 star instead of lower, 1st is regarding the app randomly dropping the pre programmed mapping for no apparent reason, luckily you can restore a previous map easily from a previous clean so not the end of the world but still annoying. Second issue is related to the consumables, I find it very hard to find the offices consumables for this directly from the manufacturer, when searching for the T10 the consumables that come up (and I’ve ordered to check) don’t fit this particular model and too small, I can get 3rd party but I’d rather order original while in warranty then there isn’t an argument should something go wrong. Both easily fixed in my opinion but as of writing this still an issue currently.

I bought this robot vacuum cleaner to take care of any dirt or dust in my new home which has an open plan kitchen/living area. I have been very impressed with how well the vacuum works. Initial setup was a learning curve getting the app to synchronise with the robot, but once it got paired the controls have been incredibly easy. Now I can set the vacuum to come on schedule, so at present it is set to do twice weekly cleaning. This saves me a great deal of time rather than having to do it manually myself. If I know there is more mess on the floor then I can activate the robot via the app to do extra cleaning out with the scheduled timings. The robot just goes about the house independently and seems to be able to detect obstructions using the LiDAR sensors. It is so neat to be able to check on the app which areas have been cleaned - a really great gadget. The robot finds it's own way back to base where it can empty it's contents into the home station which contains disposable hoover bags. The whole system works really well and I am very happy with the cleaning ability of the robot. My only regret was not buying one sooner!

The mapping feature and room selection are amazing on this little unit. We've had it for over a year now and I normally do not write reviews but this is an exception. We had a Roomba for years but it always seemed so haphazard in it's pathways and left erratic patterns on the carpet. Once this unit knows your room it actually goes around the perimeter then works back and forth across the room in nice even paths. It has amazing suction on both the tile and carpet and the self empty feature is wonderful. I love the battery life but will admit that about a year after having the unit the battery life started to drop off drastically. I contacted their customer service and was pleased that they to were concerned with this and promptly went to work to supply me with a replacement battery. It took a few weeks to get it but they remained in contact with me the entire time, and even followed up afterwards to make sure that the unit worked well afterwards.. Don't know if I am supposed to mention names but here goes: Connie in customer care is amazing! We also use the mopping feature about once a month on our tile areas and are pleased with the job it does as well.

This is a review of the Ultenic T10 Robot Vacuum and Mop with LIDAR navigation. We got this model because we were very impressed with the previous model, the Ultenic D5S Pro. The Ultenic T10 is an impressive and well-designed piece of technology. It improves upon previous models that were already great. The T10 maps your house in a radar-like manner and quickly creates maps of your home which you can see on the Ultenic phone app. By the way, the robot can save up to 10 different maps which can be accessed under the Cleaning Records. The app itself is straightforward and connects easily to the robot. The maps on the app are very convenient since you can set no-go zones. It would be advisable to familiarize yourself with the layout including important nooks and crannies so you can set no-go zones accurately. These virtual boundaries are especially useful since you can set carpets and rugs as no-mopping zones. Previous models would just go over the carpet too when mopping unless you set boundary strips. The T10 and the app are more convenient and effective when it comes to this aspect. To be honest, I was unsure about this function before I tried it, but it worked to my satisfaction. The mop function is perfect for routine cleaning of hardwood floors, kitchen tiles, etc. Another great thing is that the T10 has a powerful battery with a significantly longer runtime than previous models, so you can vacuum or mop your whole house. Plus, the robot gives voice prompts as well. In addition, the T10 self-empties the debris into the large auto empty station which is particularly useful if you prefer not to empty the robot manually after every use. And on the app, you can set the frequency that the robot should self-empty (or even never if you prefer to just empty it yourself). Lastly, Ultenic has great customer support and they reply to your inquiries in a short time, which I really appreciate. All in all, the Ultenic T10 is a fantastic robot vacuum and mop with cutting-edge technology for this line of products. It’s also more affordable compared with other similar devices from different brands.

Aspiradora de otro nivel, esto no es un simple robot aspirador, esto es un robot con muchas funciones unidas en el mismo aparato. A destacar su nuevo sistema de fregado, con dos mopas independientes que giran en sentidos contrarios para no solo limpiar si no pulir los suelos. Otra de las cosas que cabe destacar es que cuenta con el sistema de vaciado automático, super cómodo, él solito se va a su base de carga y deja toda la basura dentro del contenedor. La basura se compacta hasta tal nivel que puede albergar en su bolsa de residuo como 30 labores de limpieza. Todo un detalle por parte de la marca que incluya algunos recambios como bolsas de sobra para basura, un filtro y un aspa. También incluye mando y pilas, manual de instrucciones muy precisas y sencillas de entender y un cepillo de limpieza profunda para el rodillo. A mencionar también como un punto importante es el diseño de la máquina, tengamos en cuenta que un aparato de estos se convierte en un elemento decorativo y es importante que el diseño vaya con el resto de componentes de un salón o un dormitorio, depende de donde lo tengas puesto.
