The most amazing book
I wish I had read it sooner, when I first fell prey to panic attacks, anxiety and worry. I came to know how anxiety functions from a lot of other books, and they helped. This book described literally my entire journey through anxiety. I followed the steps in this book, and though I do get occasional worrisome thoughts, but I am no longer anxious and scrambling myself to get to a psychiatrist and troubling him to give me reassurances.
