Best bookDr stu is one of the best man mastering spine biomechanics since last 35 years at University of Waterloo. I suffered from three level herniated disc from doing squats and deadlifts. I researched about it and the good lord had me in his bosoms by providing me the knowledge earned by Dr. Stu through his hard work. I studied his three books mainly known as the back mechanic, lower back disorders, ultimate back fitness and performance and for sports athletes, "The gift of injury". These four books changed my perception thoroughly towards back pain and I am back to squatting and deadlifting with correct form and Posture as Dr. Stu prescribed.
