Beautiful watch. Very user friendly. The only con, the watch is very heavy, and thick. Other then that, love this watch.

The watch look and feel is real nice. Bought it for my wife's bday. Its slightly more complicated within the app then I would have thought, but i'm sure there is a learning curve, when everything needs to be established on the smart phone side of things instead of the watch itself like full version smart watches. The Customer service is great as well, with an online chat feature that is quickly responsive. The only thing keeping this from getting 5 stars is the fact that mine was defective. The top button after a few presses just came out. Finally disconnected from the watch itself after chatting and making the complaint. The reason for the 4 stars is that it might have just been a lemon that I got, and not something that is the norm, as I was able to get a full refund without much of a battle, after letting them know right away of its problem. Since all of the other posts never said anything about buttons breaking, I will leave it as a rare occasion, but unfortunately feel uncomfortable buying another of the same watch, so will look at others for right now. Thanks CS....you save the rating on this product.

I was led to believe according to the product description was a new watch. I received a watch with obvious wear and tear. The product will not pair with other devices.

I absolutely love this watch, no one knows that it is actually a smart watch either. Classy, yet tons of functions no one knows about.

The watch is beautiful however not very use friendly and the dials on the side of the watch catch on everything.

I really like this watch. It has a button that will ring your phone if it is nearby, you know in purse or somehwere in the house, use that feature all the time! Battery lasted about 6 months, like the text notification function.

Amazing Fossil Q watch. No damage whatsoever. Was a little worried when I ordered it because it mentioned a small scratch on band and face of watch however this was not applicable to the watch I received. I could tell the package had been opened previously due to tape being on the box and instructions however its a brand new watch for half the price of a new one from Fossil. Thanks Amazon

I love the look of this watch. I was on the fence about whether or not I really needed a smart watch. I jumped at the opportunity to try it when I got it on sale. When I recieved it, it was a lot heavier than I expected and didnt get quite tight enough for my wrist. The weight makes it move all over. When I got into the smart capabilities, I was disappointed to find that the watch allows you to do 3 smart feature at a time and that I could only track one "goal" at a time. If I only had one goal I wanted to track I could do that in my phone or with pen and paper. If I could return the item I would.

Un muy bonito reloj, original, un poco de dificultad al configurar con celular Huawei, pero ya después empezó a funcionar a la perfección. Viene en caja y con su instructivo.

So poor, doesn't connect to device, and also can't change time also, I tried all ways to connect watch,, i think its last piece sold to me, its defectives, and no option to return this back also, it's a kind of cheat
