love the knife
First off, love the knife. I was a little disappointed that the light green scales in the picture are darker in person, but still like the color. It's not a shade of green I have seen in G10 before, so it has a unique look. The design is pure Fisk and fits the hand like a glove. It is thinly ground and arrived razor sharp. These guys are putting out a knife every bit as good as Bark River, and this piece is nicer than some comparably priced Bark's I own. I'd have to believe that's who White River is targeting as their biggest competitor. For as nice as the knife is the Kydex sheath is pretty bad, and why I deducted a star. The sheath holds the knife well and it is serviceable, but it looks like someone made it on their first day. They either did not mold it fast enough or did not get the temp hot enough because there's a noticeable pucker along the spine and very little detail in the rest of the blade. It is genuine Kydex and not injected molded, so props there, they just need to get better at it. I would feel perfectly safe carrying it in the sheath but otherwise it degrades the appearance of a knife you can/should be proud to own. This knife deserves leather anyway, so that'll be my next project. Will try to update with some pic's when I get that done.Update: Added photo now that I've finished making a sheath fitting of this knife.

They are my favorite field knives without a doubt
I personally know Jerry so I bought a couple of these form him. I have one of each size. They are my favorite field knives without a doubt. The larger one came with a leather sheath and it does a great job. The other came with a kydex sheath and it is ok but not the best. I can't say enough good things about the knives! I have field dressed and butchered many hog and deer with these and absolutely love them both. I own quite a few Tom Krein knives and in my opinion he makes some of the best kydex sheaths available. What I'm getting at is the white river sheath isn't terrible it's just not as good as what I'm used to but it's still a lot better than others I've seen. As an avid outdoorsman and a knife hoarder I highly recommend this knife. I highly doubt you will be disappointed. I love the whole design.
