It’s a very good substitute for sugar for me. Sort of minty, I like this stuff.

Best sugar substitute - BY FAR!
THE BEST sugar substitute ever. Aspartame, saccharin, sucralose, Monk fruit and stevia be damned. All of these taste like chemicals. Plus it's low calorie and is good for your teeth, or so I've read.

This item seems to be exactly as it says . Without having a laboratory handy . It tastes like other Xylitol ptoducts,I have used in the past . Not too sweet. but sweet enough. And the price seemed right for the quantity and quality of the product.

I used this in a peach cobbler I made instead of regular sugar. The cobbler was delicious! I also put some on my cereal and it tastes just like sugar. I recommend this product!

Best Sugar Substitute!
The media could not be loaded. Xylitol is naturally derived from plants (usually Birch tree or corn) with a unique structure that works against bacteria. It is granulated and really looks like sugar. It is by far the best tasting sugar substitute available! It substitutes as a 1:1 ratio with sugar. It helps keep a neutral pH in the mouth and prevents bacteria from sticking to teeth. Both of these factors protect from tooth decay.Since bacteria cannot digest xylitol, their growth is greatly reduced. The number of acid-producing Bacteria can fall as much as 90%. Xylitol produces its own biofilm that helps prevent bacteria from making their own biofilm and sticking to your teeth and forming plaque.Xylitol reduces the levels of microorganisms that cause plaque by disrupting their energy production processes. It reduces the adhesion of these microorganisms to the teeth surface. Tooth decay happens when these bacteria consume the sugars we eat and produce acid. They form colonies under a biofilm (plaque) that keep them safe. Saliva is usually enough to repair early cavities if sugar is only consumed a couple of times a day. Since most people consume sugar several times a day, the mouth’s defenses are not enough.Research has shown that Xylitol biofilm also helps to remineralize deeper layers of enamel by binding with calcium. Fluoride can only remineralize the outer layer. Combining the two should lead to complete remineralization.Saliva with xylitol is also more alkaline and plaque pH rises as well. When pH is above 7, calcium and phosphate salts in saliva move into the weak parts of the enamel. The soft, calcium-deficient enamel then begins to harden.Canker sores happen when a bacterial biofilm is pressed into a dehydrated mucous membrane, isolating it from the reach of saliva. Since Xylitol can help dissolve this biofilm, it can also help canker sores.

Best sugar substitute
Quick delivery - It’s an excellent sugar substitute! I love it in my coffee. I also read that xylitol helps prevent cavities and reduces plaque, so there you go…this is an extra benefit.
