I buy these on a regular basis for my wife. She had tried other brands from health shops, websites etc but no noticeable effect. These however, have made a difference. Wife says she feels more balanced, clearer minded and generally feels better. So much so, she has now set up a recurring delivery every month.

I’m using it for perimenapause symptoms. The tablets are a little large so not very easy to swallow, the flavour is mixed but not nasty, all in all a very good I would recommend this product to help symptoms of anxiety issues and others such like for the menopause

This tablet has worked for me. It's fantastic... I feel like me again.. I've only been taking for a week. My mum noticed a change in me and said to me.. your not like my happy daughter.. what's wrong. It made me think and I said.. maybe I am going through the menopause. So I thought I would try these tablets. As they are good for all stages of menopause. I am feeling less aches and pains, am sleeping again, no more mood swings or feeling irritated and now feeling like my old happy self. Thanks to me listening to my mum, I will arrange to see my doctor about it aswell. These are really good.

Iv'e been taking these over 12 months now and i don't see any difference in my flushes or fatigue and tiredness. cancelled my sub with these, and changed to another product, hoping they help!!!!

I was recommended this by a friend to help with my night sweats although they don’t seem to have improved that my mood is so much better and feel a lot less tired in the day! I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is perimenopause like me!!

After struggling for months/years .. I ordered these after a really bad night's sleep. Just one week in and I really feel like I'm becoming me again . Sleep n hot flushes slightly improved.. mood swings rapidly declined and an added bonus I can see my waist shape developing. So impressed I ordered more after 4 days . Honestly give them a try.

I have started having really bad PMS because of perimenopause. I found about this supplement online and after reading positive reviews, I decided to give it a go. So far, it has smooth my periods to the point that I don't have cramps- that has felt oddly weird but good!I am on my first month of taking these tablets and will update review with progress :-)
