It has everything I need
I have used Samsung Slate PC for many years and finally I have purchased this.In that price range, this beats all 2-1 laptops.I was looking for smaller than 14", with touch screen, high processor speed, backlit keyboard, and HDMI port.Just one little thing I don't like is the location of finger print, which made the shift key smaller that I cannot type it well.Overall, it is such a great value laptop.

So far so good
It is reasonably fast, has a good screen and it is light.Nits - the keyboard back light control has a mind of its own. Odd function of the Fn, home and end keys.the on/off button is easy to bump and takes no effort to press. It should be in a small indent to make it slightly below the surface of the case. For those times I need do some real heads down stuff, I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and a large monitor.I do wish I had know that the battery is not user replaceable. And yeah, it is pricey but it functions as both a compact notebook PC and tablet. One less device. It is full of Samsung cramware. I should have wiped it clean to start.

Very good product and also excellent customer service from the seller MacsQuality !
My Samsung - Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha 13.3" QLED Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7-1165G7 - 16GB memory -512GB SSD-Mystic Black arrived faster than what I've been told.I got a excellent deal because was open box, condition like new. The seller Danny put his cellphone number on a note and asked me not to hesitate to call for help if I got problems with notebook. My mistake was not being patient enough to wait for all the Windows updates to upload. Now all are as it should be and the notebook works like a Swiss watch perfect. Thank you Danny for your advise and help.

Migration from Win 10 to Win11 is not smooth
My old computer had Win 10 and I tried to use a software package to copy files and applications to the new pc. It ultimately did not work and after trying two times, I wound up transferring what I could on a manual basis. The computer works great and is very fast. I am very happy with it now but be careful about converting from Win 10 to Win 11. It is not automatic.

Frequent Blue Screen of Death Errors
It's great BUT I have gotten constant blue screen of death errors. I researched extensively and it seems that the Samsung BIOS may not be fully compatible with the power standard from Windows. Other theory I found it's that the RAM module in the motherboard may be faulty. I can't confirm what exactly causes these issues, but either way, the BSOD do happen and it's definitely something related with the hardware. When unplugged, it reboots constantly due to BSOD errors, but the frequency of BSOD reboots diminishes a lot if I keep it plugged in, and they were almost non-existent when I used Linux Mint OS instead of Windows but still happened every once in a while, maybe twice a day. I also tried reinstalling older Windows versions, getting the newest version, etc. Nothing fully fixes it, so again, it's the hardware at fault. Having said that, I'm willing to keep using it because whenever there is a BSOD, it reboots in less than a minute, it's annoying but usable, at least for what I need it for. Aside from this, it works great.

Wasn't bad until the screen stopped working
After 13 months of use. the screen stopped working. I can still use an external monitor or remote control but not exactly the high-end touch screen that I counted on. Additionally, the fan noise is louder than most. Performance is what you would expect from an I7 with m2 based hard drive.

Satisfies my needs
I like the weight & size of this laptop which I just took on a trip in my backpack. Easily moves with me from one room to another as well. I stream video, listen to music, do email, & research on the web well with this. Is so much faster than my old one it replaced.
