Really good and flavoursome pepper. Takes a bit of grinding but worth the effort

This is wonderful, aromatic, and full of character. Before try Long Pepper I was always told it was very mild and a delicate taste, almost edging into a weak taste, but this isn't the case. For those who have traveled to south east Asia you will know the smell instantly. My girlfriend and I are both fans of Long Pepper, and try it in many dishes.Buying a kilo on Long Pepper may seem too much, but it lasts long. Also a few hundred grams in a nice jar or box does make a great gift to any foodie friends.Give it a go.

I understand that long peppers can be stored for years if stored correctly. The ones I recieved came in a worn bag that had a less than 6 months expiry date. The replacement requested wasn't much better. It came with the same November '23 expiry date but took 'poor quality' up a notch. The same tatty bag with the same fading lable but this time it came with a hole in the front of the bag. Needless to say a refund was issued. I do wonder sometimes whether some sellers would be happy to buy the products they are happy to send to paying customers. I'm not sure they would be 🤔

This was our second time buying this product, we love this pepper, and we have found that it adds just the right amount of spice/heat for us, and will probably it buy again in the future.

Long peppers are of decent quality. they are spicy and potent- product is not as shown however. many long pepper qze irregular shaped
