Q: How long does it take to get to the point of not having to wear it anymore as your posture has been corrected? It says 14days.

It says 14 days yes, however, mine didn’t last 14 days… the Velcro is very poor and it got to a point that it didn’t hold any more…. I would suggest paying a little bit more and get a better one. Don’t buy this one!

Yes, it could be, but may possibly rub the skin after a while, unless kept quite loose. It is best over a thin top, and you would be able to wear it for longer this way. I can't be conclusive, as the longest I've worn it for is an hour. You could experiment though.
