Good product, gets the job done

Our daughter got lice from a school friend. Not having had any experience with lice before, I purchased this thinking it’d be a one and done deal. We took our time reading the instructions and we spent several hours making sure we applied it properly and combed section by section to get any lice. While combing I noticed that some of the lice seemed to still be moving. After bagging up the combed out lice you could clearly see a couple roaming around the bag. We assumed that they would die after a couple of hours since they had come into contact with the lice solution. Afterwards we stripped the house and washed anything that could be infected by the lice. A couple of days later we were horrified to realize she was still infested. The solution obviously didn’t kill them all, or it hadn’t killed the eggs and they’d hatched. We ended up having to use this treatment two more times, as well as a daily lice spray from another company. I honestly think the lice spray killed off the remaining ones. I would recommend using this product in conjunction with a daily treatment for about a week if you really want to be sure you’ve killed them all.
