Awhile ago I called TV Ears to get replacement batteries, the, VERY nice, gentleman on the other end of the phone recommended I purchase them from AMAZON, as they would be a lot less expensive. They were/are, and work great

Save money and just replace the battery!
You don’t need to by a new unit just get a new battery!
