came with some of the worst instructions to assemble you have ever seen, took a long time to assemble bu guess work, then parts where missing for it, they wanted me to disasemble it, pack it back up, ship it back and wait on another one, rather then just sending me the missing parts, so i enbded up keeping it , parts still missing NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Product itself is ok but the supposed assembly manual is horrible. No actual instructions but just a photo.

Incorrect quantity of parts and parts missing altogether for this item. Box it arrived in was not damaged to account for the missing parts.

Missing 2 long springs/ very disappointing. The 2 springs are part of the paper cutting process/ making it difficult to have 2 rolls of paper on at the same time.

Way overpriced . Very junky feeling. I feel ripped off.

Came short on nuts. Good thing I had some in stock.

Try to find rolls to fit , good luck. Had to buy some extra large washers to keep the small rolls tight on the roller . The two rollers for the 18 inch paper are useless , as can’t find a roll with that size diameter hole
