Q: How well does this work on plywood that is not sanded?

This product does not hold well at all

Q: is this supposed to be chunky and yellow? i bought it to make glitter tumblers and it looks horrible.

It is clear and sprays with a light mist. This really isn’t the correct craft adhesive for your project. If you’re making a glitter tumbler there is a specific kit for that purpose where the glitter “glue” is actually an epoxy. This spray adhesive’s intended purpose is to affix two flat sheet surfaces to one another with the ability to remove and/or reposition. Think paper to paper, photos to albums, posters to matting, paper and plastic cutouts to another flat surface, even glitter to as art board. I wouldn’t be surprised if you could find a glitter kit on Amazon.

Q: how well does it bond to fabric, patches to denim hats

It does bond well to fabric but it will wash out in the wash.

Q: Can this be used on a finished 5D Diamond project?

No, this is a adhesive spray, for glueing things down. If you just want to seal your diamond project, use a polyurethane sealer spray.
