I have had mine since November 2021. I am very happy with its design, operation, and durable build. I like the double windows and the fact that the handle is NOT attached to the window, rather the window is held in by screws and is replaceable and unlikely to shatter like other builds. I use it multiple times per day. I rarely use my microwave after I purchased this. I even cook scrambled eggs. Getting used to an air fryer takes a little time and patience but overall if my microwave failed today, having this air fryer I doubt I would replace it. The included wire mesh basket is not so good but that is minor I bought Teflon coated baskets and small cups to cook food and it worked out well. And it is straightforward to clean as the inside has rounded corners. I would recommend to a friend and I would purchase another one.

Can't believe how solid this unit is. Nothing tinny here. The oven door closes like a bank vault. I'm very pleased with how it works, but let me mention a few things that aren't clear in the ad. The height is a little over 15" tall, instead of the 19" printed. It will hold a 12" pizza with room to spare. And you can adjust the temp and time up or down regardless of which preprogrammed setting you use. (very important to me)The only thing I don't like is the tiny program symbols used. I had to keep looking at the directions to understand what they meant, but once I got used to it, i was OK. Just wish they were a little bigger tho. This unit does everything my big oven did, only heats faster and is more convenient.

Really happy with how this thing operates. Easy controls although there's definitely a learning curve as you have to memorize what the little tiny icons mean and the exact sequence for doing the settings. But once you got that down it's very easy to operate. The full width and depth bottom tray makes for easy clean out. I guess my largest complaint about the whole unit is the beep which cannot be turned off for each and every control. Meaning every single setting you do it beeps unnecessarily. That's rather annoying.

I have gone at it with this for almost 2 months now, so still short term review. All has been good. It does have a huge footprint on the counter and is tall. A problem they mentioned and one I knew I may have with old lower cabinets. Solved it by using a thin aluminum sheet to protect the cab. It doesn't take much, and with that small sheet plus air gap, the cabinets have no issue with full 450 degree air fry sessions. It has been a bit of a learning curve, but it doesn't take long. Making baked items has become a lot easier now too compared to my standard oven. It heats quick, does what it says it will, and the light is a life saver as well.

The only moving part on this device is the oven door. The front faceplate wraps around to the inside where on the three most accessible edges, top, left and right form a razor-sharp meet up with the inside door part. This is the sharpest edge possible and will cut you. Also, this danger could have easily been avoided with less than one minute of edge rounding after the stamping was completed. Everywhere else, where it is unlikely anyone will ever place hands or fingers, appears to be perfectly rounded. Only the door, which users will be exposed to at every use is ready to snap out and cut its next victim.Don't you MFG companies check the product before you sell it to a public which expects a safe product? Please.

I used to want to buy an air fryer, but I go with this small oven. After using it for a while, I feel very convenient. First, it's small and doesn't take up much space in my kitchen. Secondly, it has 14 preset functions, and it is a combination of an air fryer and a traditional oven. It comes with various baking trays, which I need, and I don't need to buy them separately. Finally, the premium metal is very easy to clean, and the dual-wall glass window allows me to see the inside at all times.Most importantly, it warms up very quickly. I can save time and energy compared to using a large oven. At the same time, it's easier to clean than an air fryer.

I have few experiences using Joyoung’s products in the past, I was generally satisfied with the quality but this one far exceeded my expectations. I have received it for roughly a week and have made a lot of easy-prepared recipes with it. The oven heats much faster than traditional oven and creates a tasty crispy crust. It’s is really awesome for recipes like toast, fried chicken and crispy pork belly. The most important part is you can also cook without oil due to the fast heating speed, which is really nice for the healthy diet. Besides that the oven itself also really ez to clean, I really recommend this product to anyone.
