A true lifesaver.
I am a real person and this is a real and true review. My beloved kitty had a terrible tooth infection and received a long lasting antibiotic as well as being started immediately on a different antibiotic to cover the infection completely. Naturally, the antibiotics killed all beneficial flora in her intestines and within a day she had watery diarrhea, seriously. She had surgery a week later to remove the infected tooth. I do not know if she received more antibiotics at the time of surgery, but her serious diarrhea continued as well as having a terrible reaction to the anesthesia. I thought she had gone blind and deaf, which can sometimes happen with anesthesia. Two weeks later, and multiple types of probiotics, which she either would not eat or lick or whatever, she still had serious watery diarrhea. So, three full weeks of watery diarrhea and then it was the fourth week and I was trying yogurt, kefir, pumpkin, and even after calling the vet, I began to fear she was going to die. Then, I ordered this product. The day it arrived, she was coming towards me from across the room when she had a seizure-type incident throughout her body beginning at her head and then traveling down to her tail and then she fell completely over onto her side. I was watching her as this happened, I witnessed it and it was so frightening and even though she got up immediately and came to me, she was naturally frightened about what had happened to her and I was so scared, I felt like I wanted to faint . I was crying when I picked up her. The product came and I crushed the pill into tuna juice used a dropper and squirted it down her throat. She was not happy. That was about 8:30 on Friday morning. She had been having multiple diarrheal episodes throughout the days but this day, it slowed and that evening I definitely detected a slight change in the stools or maybe it was my own desperate wishful thinking. It was not wishful thinking, by the next morning, things were absolutely changing for the better and her stools were not watery any longer. They were mush, but not water. And each day thereafter her poo was becoming more and more normal, until today, Tuesday, the FIFTH day. This morning, she had beautiful, wonderful firm poo, not perfect, but firm and normal and she is acting like her old self again. When I saw this product had 89% 5 stars, I wondered if there was something "funny" going on, but I would give it 10 stars if they let me. Also, she is so finicky and picky, but she will actually eat this product crushed into her food. She would not do that with any other product I purchased. Very gratefully, MKJ

Miracle for us! Fussy brat diva loves them! Poop problems decreased.
We have a finicky fussy bratty diva, black long hair cat. She was having weird poop issues that were undiagnosable with vet diagnostics. They said to try some powders in her food. NOPE! She would not accept anything. I took a chance on these, and I'm so glad we did. We call these her princess sprinkles and she LOVES to get her sprinkle every night. My other cats get one occasionally also, just because they love the flavor. Her poop issues have decreased (yay!), but I do notice the poop issues increasing in frequency when we hit about 2/3 of the way through the bottle. I just give those to the other cats for treats and start a new fresh bottle for her. Seems to be working that way!

Stress-free for cats and me
My cats won't eat the food if I sprinkle a probiotic on it so a pill works better for me. This pill is small enough to fit in a pill pocket which they find very tasty. Easy non-stressful delivery! Don't know if it helps keeping them regular, but it's not hurting. Nice poops all the time!

My GSD (German Shepherd) used this pre and post operative while on antibiotics ...ask your vet!
I am a medical physician (not a veterinarian). The only probiotic I recommend for my (human) patients is Hyperbiotics Pro-15 Advanced Formula. You can see my review on Amazon. My 60-pound female GSD (German Shepherd) was scheduled for an ovarian-uterine hysterectomy and the week before the surgery she obtained a CBC-platelet count blood test at which time the vet said that my dog may require post-op antibiotics. I immediately started Hyperbiotics-Pet (2 pearls/day).After surgery the vet said she needed antibiotics for 10 days………….at which point I increased the Hyperbiotics-Pet to 3 pearl/tablets every day for 10 days. During those 10 days my GSD developed a small incisional abscess and the vet changed the antibiotic to a different antibiotic after completing the first antibiotic…. for another 10 days. I continued the Hyperbiotics-Pet at 3 pearls/tablets per day during the entire time she took the second antibiotic. I then reduced the dosage to 2 pearls/tablets per day for 1 week after completing her 3-week course of antibiotics. I then reduced her dosage to 1 pearl/day.During the entire time …. I looked at every one of her stools/feces to make certain she never developed diarrhea, which she never developed (from Clostridium perfringes or C. difficile, etc.). She never became septic nor developed any systemic symptoms. She only wanted to run and play during her post-op period after post-op day 2 which was a trial for us…………… to keep her quiet the first week.Yes, I know my dog took a total of 60 pearls (2-month supply) during her time on antibiotics and more during the pre and post antibiotic period. Remember I am NOT a veterinarian and never follow my recommendations for any pet/canine member of your family. Never follow any of my experiences and always ask your veterinarian and also note my dog weighs 30 kg/60 pounds.I am simply describing my experience with what I know, yes know……………. She is doing well and absolutely no loose stools/diarrhea because of Hyperbiotics-Pet and I am thankful I had this on hand at the time of her operation. I would suggest for you to ask your vet about Hyperbiotics-Pet before any operation and any time your pet/canine takes any antibiotic.FYI, I gave an empty container of Hyperbiotics-Pet to my vet. The vet said this will be recommended to all pet owners when pets undergo operations that require antibiotics or when they receive antibiotic for over 3 days.

Not a panacea, still takes strategic planning to administer to cats!
Too much Hype. Wonder how many paid reviewers. NONE of my cats showed any interest in the pearl by itself. They are really a good idea though. Honestly. Too many of the powders and liquids have an unpleasant taste and my cats won't eat their food once i put the powder in them. So i hid the pearls in food (and of course I found the pearl left behind after the pets ate the food.) You could probably push them into a piece of chicken -- they are small enough. Dogs should be no problem. However, getting a cat to take them is not as easy as you say.
