I was pleasantly surprised at how study the 7" inch plates are. I have a similar product from another vendor and they leak. I use this product on a daily basis. If you are looking for a plate that doesn't leak, this is it.

These plates are my go to plates now. They are sturdy, eco friendly, and feel good in my hands.

These things are like the bodybuilders of disposable plates—no bending, no leaking, just pure compostable strength. I piled mine high with baked beans, mac and cheese, and a stack of ribs, and the plate didn’t even flinch. Bonus: Mother Earth gives you a high five every time you use one.Tip: Microwave safe AND guilt-free? Just don’t try to cut steak on your lap—let’s not push our luck.

I really do like these plates. Very functional and environmentally-friendly.

1 hour later update: Seems like the smell was just the other plates in the subsequent order. The top plate had kind of a spot schmutz looking thing on it but overall i looked at the plates again, smelled in between each one, etc. It seems totally fine. They seem sturdy and of sufficient quality. Paper plates seem really expensive overall so I'm not sure how i'd quantify the quality/cost but.. I seem happy. On second inspection they seem totally ok. Going to bring them down into the kitchen.Thanks.initial review***cant put my finger on what it is exactly but i got bad vibes. They smelled really weird too, like a perfume or something. lots of masking tape all over the outside box (made in China) which is maybe the smell? I don't know.they seem like an OK plate. Quite wide, i mean they are definitely 10 inches. No idea who said they were too small? seem OK, sturdy.I want to be honest, by all metrics it's probably a perfectly fine disposable plate, but my nose smells something off.

These plates are high quality heavy duty! These are great for holidays when you want to pile on a lot of good! Not flimsy! Great plate
