This works very well. Used it to replace rotting door jambs and it went right through the wood and nails like butter. I'm glad I got this because it made the project a lot easier.

Ryobi to the rescue again. Works great, my big job went smoothly, so wife happy. Lots of power. some vibration but ( thats expected, nothing like my old one) so I was pleased. Great tool overall

Awesome tool to have. Used it immediately & love the fact that my Ryobi weed-eater, drill, uses the same battery & chargers (I have 3). Going to add a cordless skill saw & my set will be complete.

I’ve been doing an overhaul to my home network adding drops for access points and wall jacks. I’ve always used a drywall saw and hated the results each time so for this project I decided it was a good excuse to add a new tool to the collection. This thing works a treat. Clean straight cuts that cut through drywall like butter. It made the job so much quicker and easier too, it was a crazy good value. In our office closet the previous owner decided to punch holes in the drywall with a hammer leaving very messy openings to the wall cavity. I was able to use this tool to cut them out cleanly and will be patching them with fresh drywall and mud. Battery life has been shockingly good too, I’ve had a 4ah battery on it throughout this project and it’s still at 50%. The quick release for the blade is also very convenient, I hate fiddling around with Allen bolts like some of these multi tools use for the blades.

Preface this review with the fact that this is my first oscillating multi tool I've owned but I've briefly used a DeWalt and used a lot of other battery and corded tools. Just got done putting this tool through it's paces on a rather finicky project that had me using it on a lot of wall plaster, dinner drywall , 2x4, some finished cabinet ply and even a nail or two. I bought the tool bc I couldn't see how I'd effectively do the job without it and it functioned exactly as I'd hoped. The tool is balanced well with a 4Ah battery and I did the whole project on one battery so it seems pretty efficient. It cut well using Ryobi blades but again I don't have much to compare with there. The tool has adjustable speeds and with a fresh or lightly used blade I never felt the need to go above 4 of I think 6. Shows that I don't even know the highest setting. All in all I'm very pleased, I had the batteries already so buying this as tool only was significantly cheaper than other brands as tool only and I frankly didn't notice any substantial difference in my limited exposure to the DeWalt vs Ryobi. The one tiny gripe I have is that the on off switch is a bit sticky and it's not always easy to find it with your fingers and get it on or off with out looking at it. Working on this project in a very tight under counter space where I was occasionally moving the tool around a lot and repositioning just to get the thing turned off felt a bit clunky vs if I could have felt the switch position and turned it off blind. This may just be my familiarity with the tool though.

Love that it is cordless. Old one with cord less agile.

At first, I didn't like that this has a switch and not trigger system. But after some use, I like it better than my old trigger DeWalt. I just hit the switch and I can flip it, spin it, turn it or hold it any way I need to and not worry about how am I going to hold on to it to make a cut and squeeze the trigger. Some times it gets tricky with the trigger type.

Did not come with the blade or manual that the description said. Tool was dirty and all scratched up but it was sold as “used, very good condition”. Hopefully it works. Definitely a disappointment. Edit- when I put in a battery the tool wass DOA. Will be returning. What a waste of time.

Article défectueux/dangereux. En effet la tête fixe sur laquelle on installe la lame, tourne. Ce modèle ne le permet pas.... L'appareil est arrivé dans du sachet bulle sans boite d'origine. Petite mise à jour du commentaire : sur la facture il est mentionné que j'ai commandé la Ryobi PBLMT50B ONE+ donc brushless histoire de m'éviter l'usure lié aux charbons. En refaisant le tour de l'outil, je me suis aperçu que l'on m'avait expédié la PCL430, avec charbons.... Le vendeur nous prend vraiment pour des idiots. J'ai été remboursé mais c'est la moindre des choses ! Je suis sûr qu'il doit s'agir d'une simple erreur de leur part évidemment. LUNA FR, shop à fuir de toute urgence

As good as a corded one, really easy to change the blades and can angle the blade to make easier use.
