I take three a day to keep my milk supply strong. I breastfeed and I store about 8-10 ml of milk each day. If I skip a day it makes a noticeable difference.I’ve used this product for years. I started with my first born when I needed to produce more milk and I’m on my fourth baby now.Only downside to all fenugreek supplements is that my sweat smells different but I might be smelly because I lactate. It’s not a strong odor and I do have a sensitive nose. No one else around me has complained.

My second bottle and I'll be coming for this one every time I run out of it. I have noticed a difference on my milk supply. I do get a maple smell approximately 2 after consumption.

The product itself is good! it came in a timely manor, packaged well, easy to take, smells good. HOWEVER, after about four days of taking them as instructed i noticed i began to develop a yeast infection. I have not had a yeast infection in years so i was originally pretty confused. after some quick google searches I have found that this is not an uncommon issue. If you want to be cautious, i wouldn’t recommend! (again, im not prone to them but still happened to end up with one. be safe, ladies!!😅)

I'm not a breast feeding mother but they do cause my breast to hurt and feel full whenever I take them .

I haven't noticed any changes, I keep getting the pill taste coming up.

Just came from the review of my blood test. I started taking this consistently several months ago. The results of the blood test showed approximately 47 point increase in my free testosterone. The doctor was quite surprised and wanted to know what I was taking, so I told him it was this product, three pills a day one with each meal.

I could feel the effectiveness of the pills. My testosterone levels most definitely increased which was amazing. My stomach did feel a little upset after a few weeks of it though. My energy was through the roof. Great value for money. I believe I had some digestion issues with it (minor). The health benefits was the reason why I got it. Very effective. Bad digestion. You should get it if you have low T levels but if not protein powder would work too.
