Great quality product! Great buy!
This was the only trailer big enough to carry our paint striping equipment on that we could order off amazon. It comes in a box delivered by a huge freight trailer. It came with everything needed to put it together. It wasn't missing any screws or parts. The instructions on how to put this together are not always very clear. It took some time looking over the diagram of where the screws went and comparing it against the list of screws included. But I did figure it out. My husband who was putting it together didn't believe I knew what I was talking about did it his own way but eventually figured out it didn't work but ended up getting it together in the end. I recommend that you put it together on top of the pallet it came on because you have to assemble most of it upside down then you have to flip it over and it is very heavy once assembled and you will need the little extra height from the pallet to pivot it against floor to flip it over. You need can flip it over yourself if you are strong enough but you will have to let it drop onto the tires and we didn't want to risk damaging it like that so i recommend at least two people to flip over. You do need to go to DMV and get a license plate for the trailer. You get do get a title to the trailer in the package. There is a piece that you attach to one of the break lights that will let you put the plate on the trailer. We thought the piece of plastic was packaging or just junk but there is a black plastic piece that is for installing the plate. This trailer can pivot like a seesaw back to the ground so you can wheel something onto it. It ha a very well thought out design. It has metal loops on the bottom on the outside of trailer so you can hook or strap things down. The tires are thick and sturdy not flimsy. It was very trick trying to reverse this into our garage. I don't know if it is just lack of experience or what but it seemed very very tricky to reverse this into garage. I will update on whether this gets any easier. We were very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anybody. There is plenty of space in it for bikes, lawn mowers, atv, .. Great value for the money. Will post update in a few months to review how durable it is.

Great trailer - but be present to receive the shipment!!
It's a good trailer. Well-built, and solid once assembled. And it will do what I bought it for, for a long time to come. But whomever says this takes 1-2 hrs to assemble is not telling the truth. The instructions need an overhaul - a "for instance" - it says attach the running lights with the self-tapping screws - but the holes are already there, and there's a "mystery" package of 4 machine screws / 4 nuts that are used. Also, in the instructions, it gives a parts list breakdown of the wheel bearing set-up, but no diagram. The major difficulty in assembly was the fenders to the brackets - let's just say that whole process needs an overhaul and better fitting parts. One thing I noted was that the side panels top rail bowed out from center, both ends, both panels. Whether that is manufacturing, shipping or delivery, I do not know, but I will fix them. So - DK2, you need to tweak some things. Now to the *big* issue. KART IT actually did great in getting it shipped, it got here in 4 days. When it got here, in the truck, the 77"x55"x12" package was shipped standing on its side, and showing signs of abuse. There was ONLY the driver to get the FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY pound package out. By the time he got the package down to ground level, it was pretty much shredded and giving birth to pieces parts. I took pics, inventoried everything, and decided to accept. Bubble wrap saved a lot of parts from being marred or damaged. Assembly time was about 4 hours - which was taking my time, making sure of everything. I had a piano dolly under it so when it came time to flip it - and yes, you do need two people to do the flip - I moved it out of my garage easily.

Multiple use and easy to assemble and tow utility trailer
I liked the price and versatility of this utility trailer. It tows easily and seems pretty sturdy. I needed something that I could haul a riding mower or yard debris from a small SUV. It works great for that. The ability to lower both front and back hatches will come in handy. It was easy to assemble requiring two people to turnover trailer for assembly. It was packaged well and is a great value for the money. I was not very pleased with the tilt feature. The license plate location prevents the use of this feature unless you want to bend your plate. I also required company to send me a notarized transfer of title. The company was very receptive just don't expect to assemble, register with DMV and drive away using it. Add in some lag time before it can be road worthy.

Good, if not broken
Trailer is a great trailer, but buy it in a retail store. The product is shipped in a way that it WILL arrive broken 450 lbs of loose parts in a box, no pallet or padding) and seller is very willing to supply missing small parts like bolts and nuts but not big parts, like a bent trailer bed. Trailer looks to be very sturdy, but I can't assemble due to bent parts, and can't get the parts after three weeks of trying.

Surprisingly hefty and cute, but things to know… and still 5 stars
When i was looking at this trailer my first thought was…. who would make a 7 foot trailer when most lumber, plywood and drywall are all 8 feet long? I did because most of my need these days is not lumber, it’s bulk mulch, soil and bikes. When i do need to haul lumber, it’s easy enough to remove the tailgate and there are tie-down strap hooks welded on the rear [but not the front]. see pic. … so that hasn’t been an issue for me… but could be for some if lumber is your primary use. the instructions are decent, but some are confusing…[see pics] like “square neck bolts” that don’t appear on the parts list. i figured it out without calling for help but come on guys. It would also only “take a minute” to say most bolts need a 17mm or 19mm socket and have described parts actually appear on the parts list. It took me about 4 hours to assemble without help. i got help to flip the trailer from a friendly neighbor… BUT the pallet is so widely spaced that one corner fell between the pallet slats… which meant we had to deadlift a 400 lb trailer to remove it from the pallet in order to flip it. Note also the pics of the considerable gap between the front and back gates, i was hoping for a better fit so i wouldn’t have to use a tarp when getting bulk mulch/soil but it is what it is. a tarp will be required. since the trailer itself is excellent, i didn’t ding the rating based on the comments above but was tempted to based on the front and rear gate gaps between them and the trailer bed. val

Good enough trailer, but product support shoddy
The trailer arrived well packaged and lashed to a heavy wooden pallet. I had none of the missing parts issues others have had—all the parts were included and individually packaged inside the main box. The assembly manual is poorly written but if you have a bit of mechanical understanding, it’s not hard to put it together. The problem was that the wheels were out of round, causing the trailer to bounce and wobble at any speed over 20mph. I called customer service and they said they’d send two new wheels. That’s where things went bad. I have had little response (except one word emails with incorrect information) about when the wheels would be sent. I had to ask twice for a tracking number and a ship date. Whomever is handling communications at the support desk has been very unhelpful. I have not been able to use this trailer for almost a month since I bought it and no resolution in sight. Totally unacceptable, and opposite of the company’s claim that their “team focus is on the satisfaction of the customer.” Buyer beware.

Great!
This thing worked great. The only problem was that when we drove to the dump to drop off our old discarded kitchen parts a few pins fell out. But they were easily replaced. Otherwise it works great it's tougher than I thought I'm happy

Damaged box and missing parts
The box was damaged. The box was on a pallet that was to small for the box. If the box was on a pallet the size of the box and strapped down it should stop most of the damage. There was some bolts missing that were lost or not there to begin with. The assembly went smoothly and trailer look good.
