Simple. Durable. Product has a great finish. Purchased this model because it had certifications that the other popular brands did not. I also find it better designed than Berky products.

I purchased this product in 2022, so I have been using it for over 3 years. I am very satisfied with the taste of the water and the ease of use with this filter. The water filters quickly thru, and there is minimal maintenence. It works as designed and expected. I am happy with my purchase, it was worth the price. I had one issue after 3 years of use, and the customer service was great. I got a replacement part quickly, fully covered under warranty.

I did quite a bit of research before buying this specific unit as it's filters look to be (2nd hand info here) the best overall at filtering everything that is being tested. I have a well and it does a great job of killing the metallic flavor that I get with the high rust content. I specifically use this filter for my cooking water and it's been amazing to cook pasta that actually tastes normal without having to buy gallon jugs of bottled water. I am planning to replace the spout on the filter with the plastic model from another vendor as a precaution. I have not read of any issues with the metal spout on this particular model, but many of the other clones do not use food safe metals in their spouts which eventually corrode. I have the new one on order. Given the price of this unit, the extra $30 for a plastic spout to make me feel better is a drop in the bucket of how much I saved. BTW, if you own a Berkey which you may not be able to get filters for soon due to their legal troubles, the filters for this unit fit in the Berkey and are significantly less expensive (as well as better as they actually pass basic water safety testing). I love it! Compares well to the most expensive brand. Great customer service and no waiting. Easy to clean, fill, and dispense. What impressed me the most was the stats and filtration quality and its useful ability before replacing filters. YouTube comparison video with the more expensive brand helped me make the right decision. Even if you have a water filter in your refrigerator, the water tastes better with the Waterdrop Gravity System. And the big plus is the price. Stop looking. Buy this one!!

First, let me start by saying now that I have it and it’s finally set up and working. I’m enjoying it. I had a pretty big glitch when I first tried putting it together. I had great support from the company and from Amazon. It was resolved quickly and I put the unit together. I will say that the Directions you get with the product in the box sorta suck, but there is a YouTube video on how to put together the king tank water system. I wish I could send it to you. I don’t know how to do that but it was fabulous. It helped me so much and I think you should look for it because it’s a game changer! But as far as the water its fabulous, so I would highly recommend this unit. I love the Spicket, It tells you what level your water is at, that was a game changer for me, I researched all of these systems for about a month and this is the one I chose. I like that the water dispensing spout is also metal. So far two thumbs up, no leaks. Water stays cool, taste great!

We use this every day. It makes the water taste so much better. The first time I used it I overfilled the top unit and water leaked out when the bottom unit filled. It would be nice if they could find a seal between the top and bottom units that would prevent this. I emptied the unit and measured and filled the unit again but less than a quart below capacity. After filtration, I marked on the sight gage the water level of the red ball. I also refilled the unit exactly what I took out.

I’ve had this filter system for 2 years now and am very pleased with the purchase. easy to set up, fairly easy to maintain (worst part is priming the filters), and most importantly it works. i recently tested for lead and the filter removes enough to return a <4 ppb reading when starting with a 5-15ppb sample straight from the tap.

Had to order twice due to the first product arriving with a stem snapped on one of the carbon filters. Ordered the fluoride filter version, after assembly and following all instructions to the finest detail, priming the filters, flushing the system 3 times before filling with water to drink, my family and I were ready to use the system. When we took readings of it with a digital meter, we discovered that the water from the product was only slightly improved from the tap water after comparing the two. We tried it again after flushing the system again, and the same readings came up. Very disappointing, use a water meter to check tap and filter before consuming anything from the product.
