This book has so much information and so many recipes!!! I love it. Also, I bought it used from the seller Seattlegoodwill. The book is in excellent condition!There were 3 pages that had a very small fold in the corner. Otherwise perfect.Shipping was fast and packaged well.

I am a nerd and love to know everything about anything, so too much information isn’t a thing for me when it comes to something I like. Essential oils are a beloved part of my life and I love learning different ways to use them, so when I paged through this ENORMOUS book and saw all the info inside I knew this was what I wanted. Absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. If you love learning and use essential oils and want to know more about them, get this. It will be a great help!

I just got into using Essential oils and decided I needed to find a good book that had the information I needed to know so I wouldn't have to keep looking it up on my phone all the time .. now I had found several books , but this one seemed like the best choice after reading reviews and looking up information on Valerie ann worwood. So far I'm very happy with it, because it's full of information that I haven't seen in other books. Just so you know this book doesn't have the fancy pictures or the super glossy pages that most people like when it comes to books like this, but honestly I don't mind, because the lack of pictures means she was able to put more important and interesting information in the book. As you can see in my photos they have a section on cooking with essential oils and a few other pages on ingestible recipes for heath reasons. ..I saw in a review somone didn't like that because it could be dangerous and yes it can be if you aren't using food grade essential oils! You can find Food Grade essential oils on Amazon and Im sure at heath food stores. I wouldn't recommend using Essential oils you buy for defusing or bath products etc etc , because some of those arnt top quality , they have something added to them , or they are fake essential oils ( I have already ran across some of those.😑 ) so if it says do not ingest than I wouldn't, but that's up to you and if you want to risk it ! Overall I find this book to be a great reference book and I would recommend it !

I got into essential oils just a few years ago. Being a complete novice I was looking for a good reference source and fortunately came across this book. I love everything about it and use it a lot! So far I've been finding more than enough information on any topic that was on my agenda. This book definitely saved me lots of time and provided me with natural quick solutions for health and household. I've learned how to defuse oils, make DIY cosmetics, create sprays, inhalers and rollers. It helped me to relief pain, reduce stress, allergies, heal gums, improve sleep, make hand sanitizers, and protect my dog from fleas.As a former graphic designer I always appreciate when the book has a good layout, easy navigation, excellent legibility, and appropriate paper. This book has it all! One very important part that some reference book, but not this one, neglect to offer is a light weight. This book is very light and that makes it very comfortable to use. It is a huge but I easily lift it with one hand when I flip through (and my hands are very weak). It's amazing how well it is put together! The perfect binding here is indeed perfect: you can open it anywhere and it lays open comfortably. I like it much better than any spiral bound.Maybe all these technical details are not of interest to many people but I hope that some will find them helpful.Highly recommend!

Informative book on oils that I bought for my wife.

This will explain why/what each EO is used for, and will give you TONS of possible recipe combinations that will prove useful in some way; it even provides the "essential" EOs you should buy/have on hand for most common situations.Only limitation could be that it is too much information as once; if you treat it as the reference it is though, you'll find more than enough valuable info to justify the purchase price.
