I have been using Dr. Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt in Relax & Relief with Eucalyptus and Spearmint for years!I usually go through a bag every 2 weeks, so I thought, this is the perfect order, as I don't have to worry about running out - again! The scent is incredibly refreshing and calming, and it really helps relieve muscle tension after a long day. The 3 lb pack is great value. I love the Dr Teal's Epsom salt so much, I use it almost every day and have about 5 different kinds of scents and types on rotation.I started getting night-time muscle spasm in my calves and despite an improved diet and supplementation, I couldn't seem to completely eliminate the nighttime Charly horses and muscle tightness.My doctor actually recommended I try Epsom Salat Baths to relief the muscle pain. Love this. The smell is so soothing and spreads outside of the bathroom. My entire apartment smells so good every time after I take a bath with this salt.
