My flip blade arrived while I was on vacation and I was excited to get into it when I returned. its a simple to use, effective way to slice and chop. I wondered if I would like it as I enjoy cutting with a knife, but it makes everything perfect and its so much faster. I also like that its easy to change the settings from thin to thick, just a quick little adjustment. It's super easy to clean and doesn't require any time to set up. you just put it on the table and go. If you have a big job to do, this is your tool. I also like that its fun to use.

This mandoline was a great addition to my kitchen. It is easy to use and has multiple functions and slicing styles to suit various tasks. I've used it for everything from onions and eggplant to carrots and potatoes and it has worked flawlessly every time. I wish it had a cover for the blade, or that the presser attachment locked into place over the blade, for storage but that's a minor issue compared to it's great functionality and usefulness.

It's good for what it's intended to be used for! The blade is VERY sharp, and we've made numerous food-stuffs with it. It did come apart once during use and we thought it had broken but apparently it's supposed to be able to do that. It was just a little too easy for our liking with a blade so sharp. Still works though! We don't regret the purchase.

I made a fantastic summer cucumber salad using it. It was easy to operate and quick and easy to clean up afterwards. The handle was large enough so that there was no opportunity to cut myself on the blade. I was concerned that the handle wouldn't keep the cucumber aligned against the blade as I wanted, but there was no issue.

There is nothing to dislike. It did the job beautifully and easy to clean, fold up and it does not take up room in the cupboard. It is sharp!!! Careful....don't be drinking wine while preparing dinner and forget to use the guard!! I love this mandolin and the price is ridiculously low for the product. Don't hesitate to buy.
