This review may be lengty, but hopefully helpful. So, long story short, I have battled bv for about a decade now, with some points being more severe than others. After years of prescriptions that led to needing more prescriptions to combat reactions to the initial treatment (bv treatment causing yeast infections), I finally found something that worked... then for no good reason, it stopped being manufactured and I went 2 more years searching for something to help. In the meantime, something really odd happened; I still had all of the symptoms for bv but my cultures started to come back negative, meaning I couldn't even get prescriptions for (albeit crappy) treatment options any more. I tried the probiotics recommended, but they made my symptoms worse. Then I stumbled across these and figured had nothing else to lose. Well, I must say that I will be sticking to these! My excessive discharge is now under control and I can have sex again! It was a terrible ordeal before and I couldn't imagine being single and trying to explain my situation while dating, luckily hubby has been here since the problem began all those years ago, but I was still insecure about even doing it with him. The discharge was literally ruining my life! So, this is definitely a BIG help and I am thrilled to have found it! I will add that considering the price tag, I stopped taking them daily and started taking the 2 pills 2-3x per week to see if daily use was necessary and have not experienced any regression in results. I purchased my first bottle back in September. These were a lifesaver. Literally! I couldn’t believe I finally found something to make me feel confident in that area again. This month my subscription order came in. The first thing I noticed that they were more a pinker color, versus brownish?! Which prompted me to read the reviews again to see was anyone else having the same issues/concerns—which they were! They are not effective like the first bottle I purchased. So, I returned them, and ordered another bottle with hopes to possibly receive “the brown ones” since’they seemed to be more efficient’ BUT they were pink again! Sigh…I tried two pills for two days, and it seem like the smell is worse down there! Yes, before I wrote this review, I reached out to the company via phone and email. The person on the phone told me to go to the website and leave feedback. I gave 3 stars, bc this product really does what is supposed to do. However, I’m unsure if the company change the ingredients. I’m very devastated, because I finally found something that worked for me, but now it doesn’t. I really don’t want to give up on this company/product, because I know that they work. Literally, I noticed a difference in an hour of taking them. But I refuse to keep spending almost 50 bucks for something that no longer works.

So I don't normally review items i do not like, I had a hysterectomy in 2024 due to cervical cancer. After my surgery I had bad vaginal health, odor, discharge and a number of other problems. After starting these I saw a change in my vaginal health within the first day. These are a vegetable capsule that are very easy to take. You only take 2 capsules per day, super easy and convenient. Since starting these i have had no odor, discharge and have been feeling ten times better than I was. Before I started taking these I was feeling very embarrassed around my husband about my odor and discharge but since starting them I feel alot more confident as I don't have the problems anymore. These are 110% worth it and will continue to take them as they got my vaginal health back on track.
