This was a shock.. I use a lot of cinnamon , organic or bought from the market. These sticks were rock hard and impossible to break by hand. I had to use a pestle to break the sticks in order to grind them. Once ground the taste was unrecognizable -absolutely no cinnamon taste, only a peculiar unpleasant substance taste that was very bitter. What a waste as I had to purchase 3 of these packets. I opened the other packets to see if perhaps the first packet was just a bad packet. Nope.
