Love this collagen and it works really well with oatmeal due to its ability to blend smoothly.

I believe that Ancient Nutrition products are the best out there. I've been taking the bone broth and the collagen pure flavor for a while now and it has helped me beef up my protein intake. With being said, i ordered the vanilla flavored Collagen Peptides and it's way too sweet for me. I can't even taste the vanilla flavor for the strong sweetness. I was hoping to taste the vanilla flavor instead of sugar. I'm giving it 4 stars because it is a good product.

Been using this for about a month now. I recently lost a ton of weight and am now working out a lot more. I was getting pain in my elbows and knees from weight training and it was causing me to not be able to meet my goals. Started adding this to my protein shakes and WOW what a difference! It makes my shakes a little creamier (which is nice for vegan protein) and tastes like absolutely nothing. The best part is that I have noticed huge differences in my joint and skin health. Small injuries on my skin heal faster. My elbows no longer hurt from lifting and I am seeing some flattening of my tummy where I lost the most weight—the extra collagen in my system is allowing me to tone up and slim the saggy areas. I'm not losing weight per se, but my tummy certainly looks better than it did. Less 'stretched out' compared to how it was before. Heck, I was looking in to cosmetic surgery, but if this continues to improve, I likely won't even have to care enough to go forward with that. I agree that seeing a half-empty jar is not the most wonderful thing, but really... the stuff is sold by weight. Every powder does this to some extent. Not an actual issue.

Seriously! This is the best collagen I have ever tried! It dissolves and froths up without a mixer. Taste great and day two I have noticed my zits disappearing!

UPDATE 2022. I changed my five star review to a three because of this last purchase. I purchased this three different times. The first two were fabulous as you can see by review below and most definitely helped my joints and arthritis. The third one was rancid and smelled. It wasn't so bad at first and when mixed into a particular spicy drink, it wasn't too noticeable - for awhile; however, it evidently aged as the days went by and it came to the point I couldn't drink it (even the smell got me). The expiration date is two years out, so that's not the problem. Perhaps just a bad batch. It did not help my joints and arthritis when I did drink it as the prior purchases. The lot number on this one is 2527721231Z Again - perhaps a really bad batch, but there should be some quality control going on. I won't be purchasing again, and that is disappointing as it truly did help. *** Although I usually avoid TV advertised things, I decided to give the unflavored Collagen Peptides by Ancient Nutrition a try. It was cheaper and healthier than having prescription meds (to which the drs were pushing on me). I knew it wouldn't hurt me. It says that you can feel results in as little as one day. Well - I didn't have any results that I could see or feel in one day, however, I persevered. At the end of seven to ten days, I realized that my pinky finger no longer hurt at all and it was moving well (it had started having some arthritis in it). I looked at my arthritic thumb because I realized the pain was almost gone. Not only had the pain eased from about an 8 to a 2, the swelling had decreased by over half on the thumb and completely on the pinky finger. AND - my hair and nails started growing and thickened. Thrilled!! I use the usual 2 scoops in my hot drink in the morning. What do I like about this? It has multiple types of peptides. It IS unflavored - I mean I do not taste anything when it is dissolved completely. It does not have much of an odor. It truly has helped my arthritic thumb and finger. It nourished my hair and nails so that they started growing; my hair thickened and does not fall out as much. It has even helped my knees a little. I don't like that there's a LOT of settling in the container - but that's in everything these days and it's sold by weight. The price is a little high compared to others; however, after trying one of the cheaper brands (which smelled, tasted bad, and my pain/swelling started up again), I went back to this one. I think it's worth it.

I like the pill form and that I only need to take one daily. Too early to tell if it’s helping, but reasonable priced.
