I love these and I think they’re a great way to get your electrolytes in. The taste is awesome and I love that they get fizzy.

Looking for a caffeine hit? These are great for that purpose. You break it in half, pop it in a water bottle, watch it fizz like Pepto Bismal, and in about 1 minute, your drink awaits. Even if you do not drink it in a day, it is still mixed well. ONLY con is there is TOO much salt. Why put 300mg in this when you should maybe have 50mg? Would be five star except for that.
