GTRACING Mechanical Keyboard 104 Key Mechanical Computer Keyboard, 20 LED Lighting Effect for Windows and Pc Gamers

I actually really liked this keyboard. But the first one I bought started malfunctioning after less than a year. The "O" key would randomly stop working. So, I bought another keyboard. Same one. This time it lasted a little over 2 months before the "R" key started doing the same malfunction! In addition, all the lights quit working except for one key. I used this keyboard for work so it was in use 8 hours a day 5 days per week. Perhaps it isn't meant for that much typing? I just don't get it. I wish I could give a better review but I would not buy this particular keyboard unless you don't mind it not lasting very long.

Definitely a solid feel to it; there is some weight. No complaints, does what it's supposed to do.Giving 4 stars as a few of the keys came out of the box with the lights out. At first I was pissed off but for a $35 keyboard, I guess you wouldn't expect it to be perfect. I'll take a couple lights out and a 100% functional mechanical keyboard for this price. The other products I was looking at were similar but double the price.I was going to return for a replacement but figured at the dollar amount it would be too much of a hassle so I will be living with it.With only a hand full of reviews on this product, I'm not sure if this is normal or maybe just a one off issue.

I got this replaced by Amazon prior to this one, same keyboard, but it seems to have the same issue as the last one. A random LED or 2 that light up the keys just randomly turns off, or never turns on at all. Very annoying!

This keyboard is extremely well designed with great keys and lighting, my biggest issue was the fact I didn't receive an instruction manual for the supposedly different light modes. I've tried contact support on Amazon and the website and looking for instruction manuals online, it's been a few days with no response.Otherwise this was perfect. I didn't see myself spend $70 on a keyboard, I think major companies slap the word gaming on something and double the price. This is a great budget option especially when compare to others in the price range. Nice job to the folks that created & marketed this keyboard!EDIT: I recently received an email from customer support with the manual attached, definitely changing to 5 stars!

Really like the build and quality of keys, but I find it hard to believe that anyone could ship this without ANY instructions on how to change lighting and modes. Others have commented on this also. Please send them to me if you have them!
