Q: Is this just for shaving a beard or can it be used to clean the skin if you want to keep a beard?

I use it in the shower several times a week as a beard wash. Keeps the skin under the beard nice and hydrated. I also use it to help soften up the hairs for shaving.

Q: Did this product come with any sort of seal on it? I dont have anything indicating this product hasnt been tampered

No it did not have a taper seal. However, the porduct did not look tampered with when opened. Did not seem used in any way shape or form.
