I just began this product 3 days ago and already feel a HUGE difference. I used to train as a competitive powerlifter, was a hip hop dancer and a Zumba instructor roughly 7 years ago. I have always struggled to get into a workout routine due to my respiratory endurance and when I began the first time, I used O2 Gold by Advocare. I saw this natural supplement and figured I would give it a shot and the first day I used it was a non training day. I had to double check that there wasn’t caffeine in it! It gave me motivation right away.. day two of training and I was already running on the treadmill and didn’t watch the timer for a break, I just kept running. I’m gonna use this product short term as I build back up.. next week I start up my dance class again! I took advice from another review and I dry scoop this supplement and my pre workout just before I walk in the gym and that works great!

It's pretty good supplement. Wouldn't use it as a stand alone but adding it with preworkout or NO2 max and its a slapper. Noticeable pump and energy. Helps add a few more reps to the workout. The flavor is pretty bad tbh. I use it religiously so would recommend.

I’m 50 years old been working out for almost two years now, after stopping for 14 years from back injuries. I stopped getting stronger and felt I am at my genetic limit. I started Peak 02 about 45 days ago, I’ve made small gains nor do I need to take longer breaks between sets now . I am able to get back to my next set faster and I made my first 405 barbell bench press flat just last week something I’ve not done in 14 years. My normal range is up to 365 not tried to max out till last week. Is it due to the peak 02 I can’t be %100 percent sure or maybe combination of factors? I am impressed with it. A con is it tastes bad in drinks like water , fruit juice or aminos. It’s fine in a protein shake from a blender. These are my results, they will vary from each individual. I will continue to buy it Also from my understanding the longer you take it the better it works. We will see. Could I had done 405 prior ? Idk I never pushed myself %100 percent in the past 6 months due to caution.

A great blend of life supporting mushrooms for way cheap. I like to mix mine with cocoa powder and honey, or just dry scoop it and wash down with water. With a proprietary "blend" you never know how much of one mushroom you're getting but I've definitely felt a difference in energy, brain fog and overall health. I recommend this to literally anyone I know.

It was okay.. the pumps were not as noticable. Unfortunetly, it gave me horrible upper abdominal pain and bloatingness. I have purchased another for my friend which I hope doesnt have the same results as me. Also, it says organic, but I dont see organic on the product itself.

I've been taking this for a few weeks now. I haven't had any negative experience with it. I wanted people to know that most importantly. I take this with my pre-workout and then I take it again 2 hours later. I do take maca,ashwaghanda (sensoril) Neuro-Mag. Fish oil etc. I haven't noticed anything that stands out yet since adding this. Lion's Mane alone has been a big help though. I'm 39 years old I work out 2 days and take a day off. I do follow a ketogenic diet and tried this because of the price and I like to have mushrooms in my supplement routine. I will continue to purchase if they keep the great low price. I love the fact that this is a great workout blend of mushrooms for an active life and I've taken PrimaForce supplements in the past and for me they're a trusted brand.

Trying to be as objective as possible about the experience. During my workouts I could push myself longer didn't feel like I'm about to run out of breath. So it was the difference of breathing heavy but feeling like I still had my breathing under control verses panting and really feeling like I need to stop to catch my breath. I felt that it worked best when I took it daily. If I stopped taking it the benefits taper off gradually over a couple of days. I noticed the most benefits kick by the 2nd and 3rd days. I've noticed that I can do a "maintenance" amount (1/2 scoop) and really draw it out the benefits. If you are into earthy flavors, you won't mind the taste as its pretty mild and didn't have any noticeable odor.
