This table is pretty strong, nice weight and was designed with good quality. I wanted something a little understated but nice, and this fit the bill perfectly. My living room decor is black with shades of gray and a splash of turquoise, so this table fit the decor very well. It's not hard to put together; I did it by myself in right at 100 minutes. It would have taken less time but a couple times I got ahead of the instructions and had to backup (that's on me).The ability to lift the top to eat or work on a laptop was a plus, and one of the reasons I chose this model. It works very well, and the table doesn't move when you open or close it. With the top lifted, there's some storage space under there; be careful it doesn't become a catch-all for junk!The only drawback would be that if I wanted to have a fancy centerpiece, I'd have to move it whenever I want to lift the top, but I consider that minor. The surface is easy to clean, but I'd bet if you left something wet on it for too long, the finish would bubble or wrinkle a little bit, but coasters are your friends, and they can be stashed in the aforementioned storage space until needed!Overall, I'd recommend this table.

The build quality is nice, especially since you don't have to drill any holes into the wood. We haven't used the storage yet, buy it looks like it can hold a lot. The table in general looks really nice. The corners are kind of sharp, so be careful when you walk by it.

I’m a single mother and got this for my kids. The table goes together fine until the hydraulics. It says push down but these things don’t go down when I use both hands to push! I’ve put together so much ikea furniture that I figured this would be a snap. It wasn’t. Not sure why the hydraulics don’t come already on but I don’t design furniture that comes in boxes for a living…. I’d still buy it again.

It was pretty easy to assemble with a couple people, its very sturdy, and it lifts super easily, I recommend it!

The pieces are clearly labeled, everything was included. It helps to have 2 people assemble this together though you could make do alone. The instructions were mostly clear but assembly gets a little complicated towards the end. Unfortunately one of the pieces I received had no holes drilled into the ends as it should have. Amazon offered a partial refund but when I contacted the manufacturer they were unable to help or send a replacement piece. Luckily I was able to drill the holes myself and make it work. Altogether it’s pretty good, a bit small and a little sticky when closing the top but not bad!

The perfect coffee table! I got this last year! It was easy to assemble, and it still as beautiful!
