Best Sourdough Jars
I started a new hobby recently of making sourdough bread. These jars were recommended by someone else so I ordered them. They work great for mixing sourdough starter because they are wide mouth- easier to mix together ingredients and pour in and out without spilling. Airtight lids are great quality!

Great for Countertops
The gasket and clamp style are perfect for keeping flour, sugar and things you use frequently at hand. The size does not overwhelm smaller counters and the fact that they are glass storage is perfect.

These worked great for my homemade pickles.
I made Bread and Butter pickles in a gallon jar which did not fit well in the Fridge. I had to lift the shelf above it to get it in and out. Splitting the finished pickles down into these jars and then adding even amounts of the pickle brine to each solved my issue. They have excellent rubber seals and tight close clamps and they even came with stickers so I can give one to a friend. The mouth of the jar is nice and wide too. I am extremely happy with these.

Making Vanilla Extract in these
I'm making my own vanilla extract and these jars are the perfect size for this project. Good quality and price and I'll be using them for a long time.
