Works as expected., 2 weeks in. The larger size “bullet” shaped cubes work well to ice down a drink. If you make several batches at once, utilizing the full water capacity, some on the bottom will melt and refreeze inyo a mass. Easily solved with an ice mallet yo break it up. Rather than replace a 15 year old fridge that’s working great except for the ice maker, this appliance was affordable and efficient.

Update #2: Today it broke, I had it less than a year and the piece that moves the ice into the bucket broke on one side. It won't fully clear now, it always thinks the ice is full and won't make any more ice until I clear it. I will be buying a different machine soon.Update: I’ve had the machine for about seven weeks now, I still love it, but it is only making the large ice pieces. We have turned it off and reset it to the small setting but still only get the larger pieces.Good little machine, received it in a Friday evening and by Sunday morning I had a full bag of ice. It’s very quiet, you hardly hear it filling or dumping. I use filtered water in it since water out of my tap doesn’t taste good, and the ice has no taste unlike the ice out of my freezer’s ice maker.

Ice maker did not last but maybe a year and broke. I would not recommend this specific ice maker. It was easy to use and hardly any noise except for when ice was dropping but would not recommend for a long term ice maker.

Arrived quick and setup was easy and it is quiet the size is bigger than my last ice machine and looks sleak and shinny

My boyfriend loves ice water so we needed this. It’s done a great job so far! It definitely doesn’t keep the ice cold for very long before it starts to melt. But it’ll make a good batch of ice that we dump into a container in our freezer and we just keep doing that until we have enough! It takes about an hour to make a whole gallon of ice, maybe less than an hour. We use it all the time and love it!

The media could not be loaded. We love our ice! Specifically, Sonic Ice. However, we bought this with hopes of it making the smaller, tiny, Sonic pellet ice, and that it did not.What it does do is exactly what it says it does, which is make two sizes of ice, small and large. It does that extremely well.I believe this machine to operate rather quietly. The only thing you hear is when it is dropping ice into the container, which I love because I like to know when my ice is done. Reason being, when the container is full, the machine will automatically stop producing until its emptied.I've attached a video of a short walthrough of the machine, as well as showing you the different size pellets it produces, should that be something that interests you.We use this machine daily. It hasn't disappointed us even once. For that reason, it's a 5 star 🌟 purchase.
