Gave me horrible stomach cramps after taking 2 caps. Each cap is 500mg.The suggestion on the bottle is to take 3 caps which is 1500mg.I learned from other sources that the actual dosage should be 500mg (1 cap) to 1000mg (2 caps) max.Take at your own risk, but beware of stomach cramps.Update: A safer alternative is to take 1T of oil (olive, coconut, ghee) daily followed by glass of water until you're regular. You can also take fennel tea or CCF tea (cumin/coriander/fennel - google it) up to 3x/day.Make the tea to whatever strength you like. You can even grind fennel to a powder and take 1/2 Tsp with a glass of water. Google fennel for details and precautions like for pregnancy.

It's difficult to write review on this sort of product... I have been taking this for 2 weeks now and admittedly, I do feel pretty good. I know that it boosts Balanced Metabolism. I have been taking it with other supplements too (Ginger, Amla Fruit, and Aswagandha) and it is hard to tell exactly what is doing what. But since I feel great taking them all, I'm going to continue to do so. These products are all 100% Natural and that is probably the best part. I know it is all found in nature and has benefits to it. The capsules are clear and you can see and smell that the product is exactly what it's supposed to be and is very clean looking. I received this product free in exchange for an honest review.

Not good product taking for about 45 days and no changes at all. I CANNOT recommend
