and this looked beautiful and well made
I bought this briefcase for my daughter-in-law's birthday last April because she is vegan,and this looked beautiful and well made. The strap stitching completely failed and the strap came right off within three month.I tried to contact the company by email because there is NO phone number listed on their website. They have not responded to my email which was sent two weeks ago. This briefcase supposedly has a one year manufacturer's warranty but there is no way to exchange it if they do not respond. I am Very disappointed, and feel I have absolutely no way to get an satisfaction from them. I will never buy from Matt and Nat again.
