This Little Explorer: A Pioneer Primer Board book – Illustrated, September 27, 2016

My son loved This Little Scientist so much I decided to get this one as well. He immediately loved it. I understand the concern over including Columbus, but they correctly/more accurately credit Leif Erikson with discovering America and Columbus for getting lost looking for Asia. For a kids book I think that is a step in the right direction, and arms them for misinformation they may still get in school. Also full of explorers I didn’t know about. These books are great!

Great little history lesson. I even learned from it. I love that there are 2 reading level choices. You can read only the large print or you can also read the smaller details for older children.Though some of the credit they give to people in this book may not be 100% accurate, it tends to follow general knowledge of who is given credit for certain discoveries.

The artwork is super cute and the content is adorable and informative. I gave this to a social studies teachers for his work 'sprinkle' and he loved it. Nice board book, quality as you would expect. Nicely colorful.

Absolutely love this easy to read book highlighting different explorers from different places and eras. A must have for those who love adventure and want their little ones to be inspired early on.

This book is adorable and easy to read aloud. I bought this for my niece along with the Trailblazer book. I can't wait for This Little Scientist to come out and wish there were more in this series because they're so positive.

Our favorite book, ever! We want to teach our son in a fun way and these do just that. The rhyming in the book keeps him interested and the facts are so fun. This is truly adorable. We also purchased This Little President. We wish there were many more.

Great little book, a simple introduction for your little ones. Included are a few pages to give you an idea of the content. (As a mom I love having an idea of what the book will contain.) I will definitely be ordering more from this series!
