I love my sun lamp. It literally makes my day brighter. Metaphorically and physically.

Significantly improved my SAD symptoms. I have it on my desk at work. I use it an hour in the morning. It seems to help my circadian rhythm. It does get warm when it's going on full-brightness, but not warm enough to burn me. It's easy to use and doesn't take up a ton of real estate on my desk, which I find to be a boon.

Bought this for my daughter who moved to a new area that the sun is not out as much in the winter time. This has been helping her get through those days without the sun.

My office at work has no windows and so I love using this lamp to help get me through. I love the different settings and features. It works really well.

I like the settings of the product. Only one thing that bothered me was that I had to know exactly where to touch to use it as I wanted. I put the small rubber stickers as in the picture and it resolved my problem. You can find those stickers from Amazon or local Daiso stores. I use this lights for my bedtime reading light too.It makes me calm and relaxed while using the light.

I bought this light a little over a year ago, and it did exactly what I hoped it would do! I have POTS and my health severely declines in the months with less sunlight, accept when I use a sunlight lamp in the mornings to mimic a longer day. This lamp did the job for about a year, but it suddenly stopped working recently. I'm not sure why...sometimes it works, then sometimes it doesn't. I need something that consistently works that I can rely on. However, it is so handy that this light is so small, compact, and portable. For the price it is a good product, but for me it didn't last much more than a year.

LOVE this alarm clock, you can dim the lighting so it isnt super bright when you choose the sunrise setting, you can also turn the volume down if you choose to have a sound wake you up as well. Directions were super easy on what buttons to push and how to set everything up. I would say durable and quality product.
