Will this react with pvc or galvanized metals?

I have poured it down my pvc pipes in the sink and had no issues.

well i think that if it works with dog urine and poop smell on the carpet i think it will work with the milk smell. what i did with the urine was spray a good amount and scrub it, let it dry and than spray and left it on the carpet and it takes the smell completely.
