Excellent quality! Very soft feel to the top fabric, and it feels very breathable. I don't think it will hold heat when the summer months arrive. Stitching is tiny and seems good quality, leaving no worry about torn seams. The fabric on the lower portion is airy and just slippy enough that it easily slid onto and under my rather heavy queen mattress without having to stand it up, however I've slept on it for over a month now (under sheets) and it hasn't shifted or twisted on the mattress either so it doesn't slide around thanks to the snug fit. My mattress is a 12 inch thick queen and the elastic is tight enough to hold it in place even tho it could probably fit easily over one up to 14 inches thick.There is a VERY faint crinkle noise when handling the fabric but it doesn't crinkle under you when you're lying on it or rolling around. I haven't spilled anything on it so I can't speak to it's liquid resistance but it does feel like the top fabric offers a good layer of protection. Mostly I purchased this to prolong the life of my new mattress and I think it will do a wonderful job of that without compromising any comfort. Highly recommend

I like the mattress protecter because it's soft and washable. I love the design. You need 2 people to place the mattress protecter. I didn't realize the mattress protecter covered the entire mattress and zipped at the bottom.

Excellent fit and easy to put on mattress. The texture and feel is wonderful. When I crawled into bed the first night after putting this on our new mattress it felt like the mattress was softer and cozier. The linen stayed in place and didn't bunch up under me in wads either. That was a great night's sleep. Every night has been a great sleep since.

I was concerned it wouldn’t fit the 14” Dreamcloud mattress I bought, but it did and there was still some room. Soft texture on the outside. It was difficult to get on but I also didn’t want to worry about corners popping off the non-zip style.

I only gave it 4 stars because I can't vouch for it's water/stain resistance yet.Our mattress is 7 years old. Despite usually having a mattress protector on it, it has accumulated some stains. Unfortunately the cover it came in was not washable. We purchased this to replace it and it's great!It was easy enough to put on by 2 people. (It would have taken my small arms longer alone) It feels like good quality and like it will last another 7 years.

The quality for the price is as I expected. The mattress cover was easy to put on (I recommend having another person helping, but I was able to do it myself), and the only challenge was from the mattress itself since it was heavy memory foam and not as rigid as a normal mattress. The mattress issues have nothing to do with the product.I will buy a couple more for the rest of the mattresses in my house.The small business selling the product seems to be focused on customer satisfaction.
