The card runs great.
you have to be very careful when purchasing video cards. Some of them have 1 input and 1 output - make sure they have 2 output if you have 2 monitors. Next make sure that you have the proper cabling. Some are display port and others HDMI but the pictures look the same. 3rd, look carefully at the type of connector on the card and make sure you have the appropriate connector on the bus on your mother board open. The card runs great.

Getting close to End of Life
New Dell U2415 monitors don't do VGA or DVI like my old U2410s (moral: RTFM). So, I needed either a dual HDMI, DP or one of each on a card. Chased down this PNY nVidia NVS310 and the negative reviews seemed to be operator error or other unspecified problems so I ordered it. Delivery was prompt. PNY package was incomplete, missing a quick installation guide and the two DP to DVI adapters (which was not a problem as I was going DP to mDP. Still an aggravation. PNY website is worthless. nVidia almost so, 'cept for google and I finally chased down the info and the latest (last and final) driver package. No more updates for M$ to screw up. After that, installation went well and after getting my desktop icons back into order was up and running. A little over two hours from shutting down to back where I left it and that included moving 4 monitors, 2 off and 2 on.

Primary screen is fuzzy and not aligned with other screen
This card does not work well when extending screen. My monitors are identical. With the screen extended, the primary monitor turns fuzzy and is not aligned with the other monitor. In other words, with a spreadsheet open, the rows on the primary are misaligned by about a few rows. When I try to move the document from primary to secondary, the title bar is off screen on the secondary monitor and won't move since that is where the mouse is. I tried not extending the screen for several days and several reboots then turned back on the extend screen. That seemed to fix it for a few days. But now it is back to the fuzzy screen. I'm looking for a new card now.9/15/2018: Read thru reviews and questions on this and other products. The PC is Inspiron 3650 with Windows 10 Pro. The monitors are Viewsonic VS13860 and have VGA and DVI-D (dual) connectors. Currently, I am using display port to VGA cables. I have just ordered display port to DVI-D (dual) cables. I hope it will make a difference. Will report back here with results.9/7/2019: I just noticed that I haven't followed up yet. Better late than never. The new cables - display port to DVI-D (dual) cables - did the trick. My screens are aligned. I think I had to reboot a few times before it kicked in.

Card is ok
Graphics Card is ok, but, every once in a while, my monitor will just go blank, a black screen and then flip back on again. Not the 'screen saver', as I'm using the CPU when it happens, sometimes it's two, three, four times in a row, it just goes blank. Using a year old Dell Inspirion desktop, problem began only after I installed the Card..

This video card has stable drivers for Windows 7 and ...
This video card has stable drivers for Windows 7 and 8.1, but in Windows 10, the NVidia drivers are not stable and causes a bluescreen. The problem is not NVidia's driver, but Microsoft's handling of the NVidia driver that causes the instability. I have updated NVidia drivers several times, but the problem is with the Windows 10 Operating System. To solve the problem, I decided to go with ATI Firepro 4100 card whose drivers are rock solid and the card has faster video memory.Pity NVidia is knee capped by MS.

Great low price professional graphics.
Perfect match with Acer G7 -G257HU smidpx - 25" Monitor (2560 x 1440) 4ms - 350 Nit (Certified Refurbished). OS is Ubuntu 16.10 64bit on Dell 8300 Intel® Core™ i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz × 8, 16 Gib. Runs great with VLC for movies, VirtualBox to run additional OS's. Also handles 2D and 3D Cad for Engineering Documents and Renderings.
