The quality and workmanship is good
The media could not be loaded. The circuit looks OK with a good quality PCB and components. The bad part is that the 10 LEDs shown in product picture are not there. They are short supply or not included as standard part of the finished product is not clear. Any case if you are looking for a simple 10 channel running light this will do the job.
