To be honest, calling this an air fryer is a bit much. But I don't really care, it's a great toaster oven. Having a convection option is nice, and the basket is practically a game changer; you won't have to flip things over halfway through cooking, because the hot air can get all around the food. Everything's well built, and the oven looks nice if you have matching stainless appliances. I can not stress enough how the lift-away door is amazing. Whether the door is open or closed, this thing takes up the same amount of counter space. That alone makes it a cut above other toaster ovens in its class. Plus, it can cook a full sized frozen pizza. I have nothing negative to say about this toaster oven.

I adore this "roll top" entrance to a hot appliance and it looks great on a counter top surface. About 8 years ago I purchased this same toaster oven and donated to a family member that just moved to her first apartment. I re-purchased a new version that also has a Air fryer component. . . ..I am overjoyed with this updated version of a toaster oven. One stop shop to cooking. Downsizing and with minimal counter space - No problem as the size is about the same as any other. Always have been happy with the cooking speed, toasting bagels, and now air frying potatoes and veggies, works great. Everything I use this oven for tastes great. Not once has this appliance disappointed me -Highly recommend !

This Hamilton Beach Toaster oven is a super nice and large appliance that I am just learning to use. Evn tho it arrived with a dent in the top that I didn't notice for a few days, I intend to keep it because it doesn't affect the workings of the unit. This ovenbroils does everything that the older units couldn't do. It bakes and toasts and broils and airfries and it is quite a nice looking unit in the kitchen. It is quite large and so you can bake a 12 inch pizza in it. I haven't tried the pizza yet but that is next on my list. A nice feature is that the front door goes up instead of going down on your surface. For it's price and good looks and varity of uses, this is a winner.

Arrived on time, packed well, looks & works great. I use it in our camper, love the flip up door. Also love the curve for full size pizza. Pizza turned out perfect! Works great!

Unfortunately the first oven that was sent was bent on top...package was bent up too, therefore it was due to shipping...HOWEVER.... this merchant replaced this one VERY QUICKLY!! (within 2 days I was enjoying my new one!)I absolutely love the toaster, baking, broil and air fry functions! The easy open door makes it so much easier to get my food in and out! The sure crisp feature does crisp up my food better than my old air fryer. I LOVE IT!!

Got this for my parents, whos older HB got the cough and died. The main improvement from the old one is the front lid lifts back and forward instead of up and down, which I think keeps more heat in the toaster. Loved the basket that came with it along with the pan and grill inserts. The only draw back is the air fryer option seems rather weak. The temp is fine, but the fan is not very powerful and thus airfry and just regular bake time is about the same. Not a big deal since my elderly parents aren't going to be worried about learning new tech. The panel buttons are easy to see and turn, just like the old one which is a plus.The outside does get very hot when in use just FYI.

The media could not be loaded. ** update July 19, 2024 .I’ve uploaded a video showing that this oven cannot hold its temperature. I am so bummed out that I missed the return date by three days. I’m going to still see if I can get my money back or get a replacement **Have not had it for long have not tried all of the features. I did buy an oven thermometer to see if it is true to the setting. I’ll update my review later.I mean, come on Hamilton Beach get it together. I think most of us would pay an extra five dollars to have a longer cord. It is so stinking short.Make sure you clean the air fryer basket as soon as it cools down otherwise it could start to look like, well pretty grungy. I fortunately have one of those wire brushes that people use for their outdoor grill. I managed to keep it looking really nice.I think it would be all right to line the baking tray with foil. They just don’t want you to line the bottom crumb tray with foil. So if you or somebody who’s really anal about keeping these types of appliances clean don’t wait too long before you clean them, otherwise forget it the quality of the baking tray isn’t top-notch.Also, when you’re closing the door look at the bottom because there’s something like a little rubber stoppers I don’t know how to describe it, but you want to make sure the door sort of sits in that rubber part.The manual does not give you any recipes or suggestions. it does tell you what you need to use the air fryer function.The timer knob has two little buttons on each side so you want to squeeze those in and then turn the timer button and make sure you go past 10 minutes and then turn it back if you only need for examples five minutes.Again, I do plan to bake some cookies in the near future and I’ll test the oven temperature to see how accurate it is.
