I have taken the Evening Primrose Oil in the past, along with the DIM. I have LOVED taking this product and will purchase again. Was so nice to not have to take two different supplements. Had wonderful results with this product- my skin was very clear. Have only taken this for about two weeks, but expect to see even more wonderful results the longer I take it! I have taken this daily for almost 3 years. This has worked better than ANYTHING else for hormonal acne that lasted into my 30sNo side effects, and I tend to have a sensitive stomach

Took me a little over two weeks to narrow down the problem but finally realized the nasty little headaches I was getting daily started around the time I started taking these. Headaches stopped immediately after I stopped taking them.

Did not help yet…. Pills easy to swallow and are ok sized

Excelente producto, es muy notorio el cambio en la piel incluso hasta las uñas me han crecido y ya no se quiebran. Sufría de acné en mi SPM y se me quitó. Lo recomiendo ampliamente 😄

This caused chronic headaches while I was taking it. I didn't realize the connection until an oncologist pointed out that evening primrose oil is a natural form of Estrogen. He explained that hormone disrupters like this can increase breast cancer risk. I feel ignorant for not researching this "natural" medication more before taking it... I took it to treat acne, but it also resulted in no improvement in my complexion. This was a waste of money, but more importantly, a health hazard.
