I noticed the shower head and many parts are plastic. Worrisome, but they include a card offering sign-up for a lifetime warranty. Further, almost every showerhead is largely plastic, so maybe no big deal.But the warranty is actually only for 3 years. (gulp) Is that my life expectancy? More on the warranty registration later.The showerhead comes with several pieces that most companies would not provide. These include a roll of Teflon tape to seal connections, several extra connection gaskets and filter screens, and two flow reducers. This is a generosity that was unexpected.Installation instructions are very helpful and will give you confidence that you're installing it right.The head has a lever that provides you with selection of a variety of spray patterns. The spray is excellent, far better than most.So overall I am very pleased with the product, especially at the very reasonable price.But back to plastic and the warranty. I thought, “Gee, maybe no big deal about the plastic. After all, I guess they must be confident in the quality if they offer a lifetime warranty.” They seem like nice people, and probably they are confident, but the warranty is for only 3 years, and the registration process just plain sucks. I thought of deleting a star or two just because of it, but decided that would be unfair, since the product itself is superior.Regarding the warranty registration process.1) You must use Facebook Messenger to register the warranty. Who wants more of that human imposter’s software on their phone?2) To complete the process, you MUST AGREE to receive messages, including promotional messages, in the future.Sure, you can delete Messenger once you’re done. But Zuckerberg is forever once he sinks his claws into your software. Despite immediately unsigning from Messenger once I'd registered the warranty, I still get emails telling me that messages are piling up. I guess I need to block Facebook in my email.That's a lot of trouble for a 3-year warranty.

What can I say but "WOW"! The first time I took a shower, it felt so soothing and all my stress just seem to go down the drain. It was like having a rain shower in your own bathroom. It is powerful but a soft feel on your skin. We used to take long showers because of the small shower head we had. This one is wider and we seem to be showering in less time than before. It really rinses the soap, shampoo, conditioner off your body/hair very well. That is a big plus to us because it helps us save money on our water bill and conserve water at the same time. It's a big winner for us all around. You won't be disappointed.Side Note: We also installed a water filter with this. It has made our hair and skin softer. We purchased SparkPod High Output Shower Filter Capsule - Suitable for People with Sensitive and Dry Skin and Scalp, Filters Chlorine and Impurities. Very easy to install.

UPDATE WHEN REORDERINGThe water restrictors (yes plural) are now integrated inside the shower head. It use to be that they were sent separately. For people like me who are on well water with low pressure, shower heads with restrictors means no water comes out.I was able to remove them with needle nose pliers and a small screwdriver/pick, but it’s so frustrating to have to do that.This is, hands down, the best shower head EVER! Lots and lots of water!!!Easy install (more in that later), came with 4* washers and even a little role of pipe tape.I can install a shower head in no time. Why? Because I’ve bought so many dang shower heads that I’ve fussed with, used a drill on, used pliers and screwdrivers to get the water restrictors out. The water restrictors were included with this model, but up to you to install, not built into the shower head. I didn’t install them. I’m on a well and the water pressure varies and can be low, so having no restrictor is very important.Quality seems very nice, lots of nice spray settings. Insulation was very easy because the part that connects to the pipe that comes out of the wall has flat surfaces, so you can use a proper wrench (not completely round that you strip and scratch).Fast delivery. I’m beyond please!!
